At the dawn of the Century of Türkiye, I congratulate you, who are devoted to the construction of the new generation and raise the light on the horizon in your hands.
The future of our beautiful homeland is entrusted to you, as the honest and hard-working generation that thinks universally and keeps up with the times by adhering to our values. This trust lies in your hands as a torch you carry with pride that keeps you upright.
I know that the heaviest responsibility for education lies with you. We are aware of your needs arising from this sacred duty. It is our responsibility to put the opportunities at your service. We are determined to do our best to ensure you perform your duty safely under the best conditions. I would like you to know that we continue our work consistently to protect and elevate your professional reputation, improve your financial means and present technological developments in order to keep your mind and heart fresh and bright.
On behalf of myself and my nation, I would like to thank you for every step you have taken for the children of this nation, every kind word you have said, every project you have realized and every solid idea you have developed. In short, thank you for all your sacrifices.
With these feelings and thoughts, I respectfully commemorate our Head Teacher, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and our beloved teachers who were martyred in the line of duty. I wish a healthy life to our retired teachers and success to teachers currently on their duty.
I know that it is my duty to this country to pave the way for the success story that you will write in the second century of the Republic.
I greet you all with affection."
