AN EDUCATIONAL CAMPUS FOR STUDENTS PREPARING FOR LGS AND YKS IN ANTAKYA NATO TENT CITYA total of 830 students who will enter LGS and YKS both receive training and participate in various activities from painting to music, from sports to guidance in the "Antakya NATO Tent City".
"Antakya NATO Tent City" which includes units such as tent units, kitchen, cafeteria, laundry, sports event tent, health center, playground, prayer room, toilet, bathroom, clean and wastewater treatment facilities in Antakya, which was affected by the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş on February 6, was prepared under the coordination of the General Directorate of Logistics of the Ministry of National Defense with the NATO decision.
There are a total of 830 students, 480 students preparing for LGS by teachers and volunteer educators affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and 350 students who will enter YGS in the tent city.
Guidance and psychosocial support services are also provided to students in the tent city, where all kinds of facilities in boarding schools are offered.
A planned education system is implemented in the tent city from 07.30 in the morning to 22.30 in the evening. There are also sections for visual arts, music room, information technologies room and sports activities in the campus.
